If you wish to change your reservation after you have made your purchase, you can cancel your reservation online by visiting the official Air Canada website. Some reasons for cancelling your reservation may be that you originally booked a flight using the official Air Canada website or mobile app; if you are cancelling an award ticket; if you are cancelling your entire trip, including airfare and reservations; or if you are cancelling your flight ticket 2 hours before the trip is scheduled to take place. 

When you are going to travel by plane, you may have some doubts or some wishes, as is very normal. If you are traveling with other people and you want to travel on the plane with them, you will have to choose your own seat. The choice of seats will depend on the class chosen. If it is the cheapest class, you will have to pay a fee; however, in the higher classes it will be free. 

Air Canada offers a miles program to all of its customers, in this program you will earn points as you spend with Air Canada, these points can then be redeemed for benefits, services or airline tickets. Miles program points last for 18 months, but that is only if you do not do any activity at the airport during those 18 months, if you have points by travelling more regularly, these points will not expire.
