Well, to travel outside of Colombia or any other country, you'll need a certain number of documents: an ID card and a valid passport valid for up to six months until your return date. In some cases, you'll also need a visa, but this depends on the country you're visiting or your citizenship. 

To receive a refund, the company will return the money to you in the same way you paid, within 7 days of the order. The timeframe will also depend on the bank you have an account with.
